In order to reset your password you must first complete the information below. Please enter your full SSN (no dashes), date of birth and the last four digits of your SSN.

Once you have entered this information correctly and selected "Reset Password" your password will be reset to your intial password (the last six digits of your SSN). You will then be asked to change your password upon entering the Online Benefits Center.
